    ABB Emax常用框架断路器


    ABB生产ACB的历史由来已久,服务中国市场的主要有1990年代进口产品Megamax F型,爆款Emax(1996年上市),升级版New Emax(2004年上市)和当前在售的Emax 2。

     

    1)合闸弹簧直接驱动断路器的操作杆,不需要任何中间凸轮盘、连接杆或轴siemens是通过中间凸轮、连接杆操作断路器合闸)

    2)卷簧由一个通用电机储能;

    3)所有动力元件均安装在一根由箱体支撑的主轴上;

    4)分闸和合闸脱扣相同,具有速动和防震的特点;

    5)缓冲器用于阻尼触头系统在行程末期的运动;

    6)封闭、油浸的涡轮驱动使维护量最少;


    ABB操作机构最大的特点是机构动作迅速,确保了分、合时间短暂,而机构特性的稳定性保证了断路器的可靠性。

    1、弹簧操作机构总的设计特点:

    1)外部要求:操作机构应能防止腐蚀

    现在,完全防腐蚀的操作机构还不能制造出来。然而,弹簧操作机构受腐蚀影响非常小。气动和液压操作机构则相反,其很多部件如阀门、储压器和驱动轴很容易被腐蚀。而且,为了防止气体/液压泄漏,这些活动部件都要密封,它们的腐蚀将不可避免导致泄漏。但弹簧操作机构不包括上述任何部件,由于储能簧不会泄漏,所以,弹簧操作机构不会遇到象气动或液压机构因腐蚀所带来的问题。
