    ABB PH电极TB556系列介绍及选型

    TB556 sensors are threaded style sensors suitable for submersion (immersion) and insertion into the process pipes.

     

    Mounting thread size is 3/4 in. NPT. The sensor is available in several insertion lengths from the standard 40 mm (1.5 in.) to a maximum of 127 mm (5 in.). The sensor body is molded from chemically resistant Kynar (PVDF).

    TB557 sensors are hot-tap, ball valve insertion sensors. They enable sensor maintenance or replacement without interrupting the process.

     

    An integral safety anti-blowout lip is incorporated into the sensor design, preventing accidental sensor removal. Unlike chain restraints, this safety-by-design is an integral part of the sensors' construction.

     

    The sensor is inserted through a standard 11/2 in. or 11/4 in. full port ball valve which is sold seperately. Connection to a ball valve is by compression fitting available in either hand-tight with 11/4 in. NPT threads or wrench-tight with 1 in. NPT threads.

     

    Additional fittings enable the assembly to be flushed and drained in situ and use a 11/2 in. NPT thread for connection to the ball valve.

    The AP300 range of pH/Redox sensors offers a reliable and cost-effective solution for most industrial pH applications. It is the perfect starting point for pH or Redox measurements.

     

    Combining measurement, reference and temperature compensation elements in a single unit, the AP300 is an economical solution for a wide variety of industrial applications; including water, food, pharmaceutical and chemical.

     

    The AP300 probe is available in three different body types enabling the sensor to be used in immersion, insertion/flowthrough and hot-tap applications.

     

    The ‘Hot-tap’ sensor variant enables fitting and retraction through a standard, full-port ball-valve keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

    TB26 sensors are easily installed into process lines and vessels via the integral 3/4 in NPT threads, submersed directly into lines and vessels via the 1/2 in NPT backthreads, or inserted into a process line or vessel through a ball valve.

     

    The ball valve provides isolation between the sensor and the process, allowing sensor insertion and removal while the line or vessel is full. This is accomplished by using a 11/2 in standard ball valve.

     

    A compression fitting with flushing ports enables the operator to wash away any left-over process fluid after removing the sensor. The flushing ports also provide a quick and easy place to take a grab sample for calibration.

     

    Variable sensor lengths are available for all TB26 sensor styles. The hot tap sensor can be used with the compression fitting and without the ball valve to provide even greater installation flexibility.
