WP-KS805系列智能三冲量PID调节控制仪 021-56041298采用先进的微处理器进行智能控制。具有多种输入信号切换功能和双屏数码+双光柱显示型式。可选择RS232、RS485串行通讯接口,并可实现多机通讯。可适用于众多行业高精度的调节控制系统。输入、输出间均采用光电隔离,具有良好的抗干扰性和稳定性。 WP-KS805系列智能三冲量PID调节控制仪,具有5个模拟输入(IN1-IN5)2个模拟输(OUT1、OUT2),一个开关量输入DI,2个开关量输出和丰富的控制算法,适用于锅炉汽包水位三冲量控制或两冲量控制并可带汽包水位压力补偿功能适用于一般工业过程中温度、压力、液位、流量等各种过程参数的串级控制,前馈控制、双路控制等,并可带后备操作器,与后备控制器配套实现手动/自动无扰切换。 主要技术参数 输入信号 ·电阻:IN1、IN2支持多种规格热电阻,如PT100、PT100.1、Cu50、Cu100。 ·电偶:IN1、IN2支持多种规格热电偶,如B、S、K、E、J、T、WRe。 ·电流:IN1、IN2、IN3、IN4、IN5支持0~10mA、4~20mA(输入电阻≤250Ω) ·电压:IN1、IN2 、IN3、IN4、 IN5支持0~5V、1~5V(输入阻抗≥250KΩ) ·一个开关量信号:DI输入只接收干触点信号,用于接收后备操作器的手动状态信号,与模拟输入IN3配合实现后备操作器手/自动无扰切换。 ·冷端补偿范围:0~50℃
