配线 1)我公司采用以下两种方法进行配线。其工艺过程是 2)三相电路主回路安照电气原理图中设计要求大小的铜芯电缆(或铜排)进行 连接。A、B、C三相应分别使用黄、绿、红电缆(若使用铜排应在对应铜排上套黄、绿、红套管)并在每相接线端子处粘贴A、B、C标贴。 3)电气控制柜中控制电动机回路接线及电气柜内AV220V控制电源主线用0.75 mm2的多股铜芯电线连接,电流回路采用2.5mm2绝缘铜芯线,保护接地线使用2.5mm2全长标出的黄绿相间的双色绝缘铜芯线(黄绿双色绝缘线只能用做保护接地线)。其它信号线(如输入至PLC的信号、面板指示灯、继电器信、上送信号)使用0.5 mm2多股铜芯电线连接
