  对于安装质量，也包括储存、安装、容量实验等多个方面。这些方面均会直接影响阀控式蓄电池日后的运行和维护工作，因此在搬运储存的过程中应注意不要发生碰撞，在安装过程中要注意汇接条与电池极桩之间的吻合，小心将不平的极桩整平。在紧固极桩时，所用的力量既不能太大也不能太小。如太大，会使极桩内的铜套溢扣，力量太小又会造成汇流条与极桩接触不良，因此安装中采用厂家提供的有过力脱扣的扳手，或按照厂家提供的参考公斤力，使用相应的公斤的扳手。在安装中还液压注意以下方面:一、要使蓄电池与直流屏之间各组蓄电池正极与正极、负极与负极的长短尽量一致，以在大电流放电时保持电池组间的运行平衡；二、要使电池组的正、负极汇流板与电池汇流条间的连接牢固可靠；三、在安装后，千万不要忘记给电池补充充电。

  对于维护质量，也要确保阀控式蓄电池正常运行的重要方面。如果维护质量较高，就能使阀控式蓄电池发挥效能和延长使用的寿命。
