7月26日，在2019世界工业互联网大会的“数字化技术赋能智能制造、智慧城市、智慧能源”平行主题论坛上，abb中国公司总裁张志强接受21世纪经济报道采访时指出，今年上半年中国机器人市场的回落是在行业连续多年高速增长、汽车和3C等行业有所下降的基础上的短期调整，作为制造大国，中国的机器人密度在只有97台/每万名，而韩国等国已达到七八百台，中国的机器人市场仍然潜力巨大。他介绍，ABB在上海斥资1.5亿美元新建的机器人“超级工厂”即将很快投产，生产更适合中国场景的机器人。

　　在刚刚公布的全国规模以上工业增加值数据中，今年上半年中国工业机器人产量为75406台/套，同比下降了10.1%。

　　张志强指出，在短期内，任何行业都有升升降降的波动，机器人行业在前两年一直保持着百分之四五十的快速增长，有一个消化的过程；此外，作为机器人应用的重要领域，今年汽车和3C出现了下降与增速放缓，也是今年机器人市场慢下来的一个重要因素。

　　但他强调，从平均值上看，中国机器人增长还是比GDP增长快很多的，中国已连续六年成为世界最大的工业机器人市场，2018年中国工业机器人销量13.3万台。张志强表示，其对中国的工业机器人市场还是非常乐观的。

　　“我们刚达到全世界平均值了，离世界先进水平还差很远。中国是一个制造大国：中国的GDP排在全球第二，但是实际上中国工业产值增加额已经排在世界第一了。在GDP里面第二产业也就是制造业增加值方面，中国比美国高出一大块，中国在未来一段时间之内，我相信从制造业规模来说仍然会成为全世界最大或最大之一，这对我们来说当然是很好的机会。”

　　他指出，除了中国是制造大国以外，中国还面临着日益严重的环保压力（比如喷涂污染的问题）以及劳动力瓶颈，很多人不愿意干脏活、累活，加上提高效率的诉求，必将推动工业机器人在中国更高速的增长。

　　“我到各个工厂都可以看到，工厂都有机器人的需求，喷涂、冲压、组装、包装等等，其实很多工厂都有这方面的要求，需求不是问题，真正的瓶颈是应用软件工程师，我们需要对行业了解又能把机器人用上的人才，这在中国并不够。”

　　他指出，生产机器人不是一个静止的产品，机器人是动态的产品，机器人本身需要一个包含应用场景、工程技术解决方案的应用链，后者更为重要。

　　作为“四大家族”之一的ABB正在上海斥资1.5亿美元新建机器人“超级工厂”，张志强向21世纪经济报道透露，这一工厂很快就能够投入生产，“只要有需求，产能不是问题。我们即将生产更适合中国场景、有竞争力的的机器人，能够把机器人真正用在更多地方。”
