 Rosemount 5900S Radar Level Gauge
 The Rosemount 5900S Radar Level Gauge is an intelligent instrument for measuring the product level inside a tank.
 Different antennas can be used in order to meet the requirements of different applications. The Rosemount 5900S can
 measure the level of almost any product, including bitumen, crude oil, refined products, aggressive chemicals, LPG,
 and LNG.
 The 2-in-1 version of the Rosemount 5900S Radar Level Gauge has two radar modules in the same transmitter housing
 allowing two independent level measurements using one antenna and one tank opening.
 Antenna types
 There are four antenna types available for the Rosemount 5900S Radar Level Gauge:
 Parabolic antenna Measures all products ranging from light products to heavy fuel oil, bitumen, and asphalt.
 Rosemount 5900S with parabolic antenna is designed for mounting on tanks with fixed roofs
 and has custody transfer accuracy.
 Horn antenna
 Still-pipe array
 antenna
 Designed for easy installation on fixed roofs tanks, with smaller nozzles, down to 200 mm (8
 in.).
 Antenna for still-pipe measurement. It is available in two versions, fixed and hinged hatch.
 Typical applications are crude oil tanks with floating roofs and gasoline/product tanks with or
 without inner floating roofs.
 LPG/LNG antenna Antenna for measurement on pressurized or cryogenic liquefied gas.
