      近几年,伺服电机使用越来越广泛,中国大陆市场的使用量随之激增,伺服电机维修这种技术服务需求也越来越迫切。由于国内使用的伺服电机大都是进口产品,技术含量很高,国外的伺服电机生产商为了垄断维修服务市场,采取了非标准的编码器或是非标准的安装方式,使伺服电机维修变得比较困难,形成了伺服电机维修是一门杰出的技术本领。

        
      伺服电机维修分为机械部分维修和电气部分维修。

        
      1、机械部分维修为轴承损坏更换。相对于普通电机的维修,只是轴承上特殊了。因为大多数伺服电机是同步电机,转子上带磁极,用普通材料不能够解决问题,所以材料定制变得尤其关键,同时对位要求也比普通电机更高。

        
      2、电气部分维修主要为绕线、磁铁和编码器的维修。

      只要根据原有电机的线路和线径绕回去就可以了,前提是选用**的铜线。

      充磁需要有一定技术含量,通常为机外充磁与拆开充磁,前者适合一些定子磁场的充磁;而拆开充磁需要有技巧,除了需获知原有马达的磁强,还需要了解分布情况,同时形状要有保证。大部分早期的伺服电机用的基本是质量稍差差的黑磁,充磁后一般用的也不久,有些治标不治本,为节约成本可以考虑,但我们不建议采用。我们会重新选择耐高温、耐高电磁干扰的铁氧体磁铁进行全部更换。

        
      编码器更换与维修是伺服电机维修考验技术含量的地方,毕竟进口的伺服电机大多是非标准的通讯格式。早期增量型产品的可以互相配换,但新一代产品已经形成各自不同的内部标准,不同厂家具备不同的标准模式,加上脉冲密度过大,另外编码器的对位有不同的算法,使各个品牌产品缺少了共用性,造成维修的难度加大。


      伺服电机维修存在负载测试的难题,试机是一个技术看点。通常的小作坊较难保证修复的伺服电机试验过再出厂,基本上是感觉大概修复了,缺少相应的负载测试平台。所以用户在选伺服电机维修的时候需要了解清楚服务商的技术实力。

      Servo motor maintenance is divided into mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance.
      1. The mechanical part was repaired and replaced due to bearing damage. Compared to the maintenance of ordinary motors, only the bearings are special. Because most servo motors are synchronous motors with magnetic poles on the rotor, ordinary materials cannot solve the problem, so material customization becomes particularly crucial, and the alignment requirements are also higher than ordinary motors.
      2. The electrical maintenance mainly includes the repair of winding, magnets, and encoders.
      Just wind it back according to the original motor circuit and wire diameter, provided that * * copper wire is used.
      Magnetization requires a certain level of technical expertise, usually consisting of external magnetization and disassembly magnetization. The former is suitable for magnetization of some stator magnetic fields; However, dismantling and magnetizing requires skills. In addition to obtaining the magnetic strength of the original motor, it is also necessary to understand the distribution and ensure the shape. Most early servo motors used black magnets with slightly inferior quality, and they were generally used shortly after magnetization. Some of them were temporary rather than permanent, and cost savings could be considered, but we do not recommend using them. We will choose to replace all ferrite magnets that are resistant to high temperature and high electromagnetic interference.
      Encoder replacement and maintenance are areas where the technical content of servo motor maintenance is tested, as most imported servo motors use non-standard communication formats. Early incremental products can be matched and exchanged with each other, but the new generation of products has formed different internal standards, with different manufacturers having different standard modes. In addition, the pulse density is too high, and the encoder has different algorithms for alignment, which makes the products of different brands lack commonality and increases the difficulty of maintenance.
      There is a problem with load testing in the maintenance of servo motors, and machine testing is a technical focus. Usually, it is difficult for small workshops to ensure that the repaired servo motors have been tested before leaving the factory. It is basically a feeling that they have been repaired, and there is a lack of corresponding load testing platforms. So when choosing servo motor maintenance, users need to have a clear understanding of the technical strength of the service provider.
